By default, frames have borders and the users can drag these borders to size the frames to suit themselves. This is a great feature when you are showing content in multiple frames On the other hand, it is probably not what you want if you are using frames to establish a banner or menu over your main content, or if you are using a frame for a left-side navigation bar.
